Carpet Cleaning services in Walton on Thames

Walton-on-Thames properties come in all shapes and sizes, from the period homes around Ashley Park and Oatlands to the newer riverside developments and the family terraces in Hersham. Each one brings its own cleaning challenges, and after three and a half decades working in the area, our team knows what to expect before we walk through the door.

We cover the full KT12 postcode area, including Walton town centre, Hersham, Oatlands, Burwood Park, Whiteley Village and the streets around Walton Bridge. We also regularly travel into the wider Elmbridge area, so if you’re on the boundary with Weybridge, Esher, Molesey or Sunbury, we’ll happily come to you.

Our specialist services include carpet cleaning, in-situ curtain cleaning, upholstery and leather cleaning, stain removal and Stainshield fabric protection. Whether you’ve had a one-off accident on the lounge carpet, you’re preparing a rental property near the station for new tenants, or you manage a commercial space along the High Street that needs regular maintenance, we’ll match the right method to the job and to your fabrics.

Every quote is honest, every visit is on time, and every clean is finished to the standard that’s earned us our Checkatrade rating and our place on the NCCA register.

We Always Ensure a Thorough Clean

Walton-on-Thames customers come back to us year after year, and a lot of our work in the area now comes from word-of-mouth recommendations between neighbours in places like Ashley Park, Hersham Village and the streets backing onto the river. That’s the part of the job we’re proudest of, because it’s the clearest sign we’re doing things right.

When we arrive at your property, our technicians treat your home with the same care they’d give their own. Furniture is moved carefully and protected with plastic tabs, fabrics are tested before any product is applied, and we’ll always talk you through what we’re doing and why. If a stain is genuinely impossible to lift, we’ll tell you straight rather than waste your time and money.

We’re fully insured, NCCA-trained, Woolsafe-certified and Chemspec-approved, so whether you’ve got a delicate wool rug, a leather Chesterfield or a heavily soiled commercial carpet, you’re in safe hands.

Our 12 Step Cleaning Process

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Our technician will inspect the items to be cleaned.

Step 2: Furniture

Our technician will carefully move any lighter items of furniture such as tables and chairs as he cleans and will replace them on plastic tabs to protect your carpet. Please move any smaller items and breakables.

Step 3: Pre-Test

Our technician will test any your fabrics for colour fastness, fabric composition and pile distortion to establish the safest and best method and products needed to produce optimum results.

Step 4: Pre-Spray

Our technician will pre-spray the heavy use areas of your carpets or upholstery with a specialist pre-spray solution to loosen and lift the dirt and allergens. We use various different treatments depending on the circumstances that are safe and effective to use on your fabrics.

Step 5: Agitation

Your carpets and upholstery will be agitated to enhance the effectiveness of the pre-treatment.

Step 6: Hot Water Soil Extraction

Our technician will extract and rinse the dirt and stains from your carpets and upholstery with our latest top of the range extraction machinery leaving your fabrics hygienically clean and dry enough to walk on immediately. Our methods and professional cleaning products will not leave a sticky residue in your carpets and upholstery keeping them cleaner for longer.

Step 7: Deoderising With Antibacterial Solution

We will rinse your fabrics with our specialist solution to leave them safe and hygienically clean, helping with allergies due to hidden dust mites and fungal mould. Leaving your carpets and upholstery smelling clean and fresh.

Step 8: Stain Treatment

We have the full range of specialist stain treatment products depending on the specific problem such as oil, grease, red wine, coffee, tea, ink, urine, sick, watermarks, make-up, blood and food stains. We are very successful at removing stains but some stains will be permanent. Our technicians are NCCA trained and certified in this area.

Step 9: Stain Protection & Fireguarding – Optional

Stainguard is a fluorocarbon fibre protector which forms an invisible shield around the fibres helping to make your carpets and upholstery easier to maintain.

Flameguard creates an invisible coating on your fibres to safeguard them from fire.

Step 10: Grooming

We will reset the pile of your fabrics after cleaning to help with drying times and visual appearance.

Step 11: Dry

We have portable fan blowers which can be used to help reduce drying time on some fabrics

Step 12: Post-Inspection

Our technician will show you over his work to ensure you are completely satisfied

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. An excellent carpet clean by James. The carpets look new, he tackled successfully a few old stains. He gave some helpful tips about wool carpets and treatment of stains. To top it all though, James was so pleasant to have working in the house, he liked my dogs, a really good experience.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What an amaizing result this company made with my heavily soiled carpets. Quite unbelievable and thoroughly hygienically clean too. James and Josh were soo professional and knowledgable in all things carpets. They had a huge industrial machine with many attachments which removed every stain it had and brought the pile back to life on those heavy traffic areas. I highly recommend this company. Will be using you again. Many thanks guys!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had my lounge, hallway, landing, staircase, and two 3-seater sofas professionally cleaned by Apple Clean on 28/05/26, and I was extremely impressed with the service provided.

After attempting the cleaning myself without success, I decided to bring in the professionals — a decision I am very pleased I made.

Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I was kept fully informed before, during, and after the appointment. On the day of the booking, I was promptly advised of a delay due to a flat tyre and received regular updates throughout. Despite this, the team still managed to arrive earlier than originally expected.

The technician was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable — a genuine asset to the company.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and I would highly recommend Apple Clean to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. James cleaned my sofa and easy chair, he was personable, considerate and efficient. He didn’t soak the furniture like the last people I used did and it was dry in hours. I would certainly use Apple again and recommend it
