Our 12 Step Cleaning Process

Step 1: Pre-Inspection

Our technician will inspect the items to be cleaned.

Step 2: Furniture

Our technician will carefully move any lighter items of furniture such as tables and chairs as he cleans and will replace them on plastic tabs to protect your carpet. Please move any smaller items and breakables.

Step 3: Pre-Test

Your carpets and upholstery will be agitated to enhance the effectiveness of the pre-treatment.

Step 6: Hot Water Soil Extraction

Our technician will extract and rinse the dirt and stains from your carpets and upholstery with our latest top of the range extraction machinery leaving your fabrics hygienically clean and dry enough to walk on immediately. Our methods and professional cleaning products will not leave a sticky residue in your carpets and upholstery keeping them cleaner for longer.

Step 7: Deoderising With Antibacterial Solution

We will rinse your fabrics with our specialist solution to leave them safe and hygienically clean, helping with allergies due to hidden dust mites and fungal mould. Leaving your carpets and upholstery smelling clean and fresh.

Step 8: Stain Treatment

We have the full range of specialist stain treatment products depending on the specific problem such as oil, grease, red wine, coffee, tea, ink, urine, sick, watermarks, make-up, blood and food stains. We are very successful at removing stains but some stains will be permanent. Our technicians are NCCA trained and certified in this area.

Step 9: Stain Protection & Fireguarding – Optional

Stainguard is a fluorocarbon fibre protector which forms an invisible shield around the fibres helping to make your carpets and upholstery easier to maintain.

Flameguard creates an invisible coating on your fibres to safeguard them from fire.

Step 10: Grooming

We will reset the pile of your fabrics after cleaning to help with drying times and visual appearance.

Step 11: Dry

We have portable fan blowers which can be used to help reduce drying time on some fabrics

Step 12: Post-Inspection

Our technician will show you over his work to ensure you are completely satisfied
