Always very prompt with appointments, very professional and complete experts in their trade. Today, James cleaned the carpets for me, a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly guy who had a challenge on his hands with the continual footfall through the South Downs Bunkhouse but he was extremely thorough and has managed to get all the stains out and returned them to as new.
