The carpets look new, he tackled successfully a few old stains. He gave some helpful tips about wool carpets and treatment of stains. Quite unbelievable and thoroughly hygienically clean too. James and Josh were soo professional and knowledgable in all things carpets. They had a huge industrial machine with many attachments which removed every stain it had and brought the pile back to life on those heavy traffic areas. I highly recommend this company. I recently had my lounge, hallway, landing, staircase, and two 3-seater sofas professionally cleaned by Apple Clean on 28/05/26, and I was extremely impressed with the service provided. After attempting the cleaning myself without success, I decided to bring in the professionals — a decision I am very pleased I made. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I was kept fully informed before, during, and after the appointment. On the day of the booking, I was promptly advised of a delay due to a flat tyre and received regular updates throughout. Despite this, the team still managed to arrive earlier than originally expected. The technician was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable — a genuine asset to the company. James cleaned my sofa and easy chair, he was personable, considerate and efficient. He didn’t soak the furniture like the last people I used did and it was dry in hours.
